Patricia McHugh B.C.L (Partner)

Patricia McHugh is a Partner in Richard H. McDonnell Solicitors who practices mainly in the areas of residential and commercial conveyancing, and Landlord and Tenant Law. Patricia has a range of experience and expertise in commercial conveyancing, commercial lending and commercial leases. Patricia has worked on a number of commercial projects and has been involved in putting the legal structure in place for many high profile developments including shopping centres, industrial developments, nursing home complexes and numerous mixed residential and commercial developments. She also has advised clients in the areas of publican’s licensing and auctioneer’s licensing.

Patricia graduated with a Law Degree from University College Cork in 1996. She also holds a Certificate in Legal Studies and a Diploma in Business Studies (Export Law) from Waterford Regional Technical College. After some time spent working in the Law Department of Dublin City Council, Patricia joined Richard H. McDonnell Solicitors as a trainee solicitor in February 2000 and qualified as a Solicitor in January 2003.
